    Our specialist piglet products help to tackle and conquer specific and common challenges seen on modern pig units. 

    These solution-based nutrition products are specifically developed for very early feeding and helps to get the piglet off to the best start in life.

    Initiator 4

    Initiator 4 is a revolutionary creep feed for piglets in the farrowing house, typically fed from 4 days of age.  In trials, it has been proven to improve pre-weaning viability, decrease weight variation, improve whole life performance and increase on-farm profitability.

    Initiator 4 should be fed to appetite, approx. 1-2g per piglet at day four, up to 220-250g per piglet by day 28.

    Piglet Creep Meal

    A highly palatable feed for piglets in the farrowing house. Feed little and often from 7-10 days of age to establish good early intakes.

    Piggly Delicious is also suitable for the initial post-weaning period as a top dress supplement to attract piglets to feed.

    Gruel No. 1 Meal

    High quality gruel feed suitable for piglets from 3kg liveweight.

    Excellent for rescuing small and challenged piglets.

    Can be offered as either a dry meal or gruel.

    Suitable for use before and after weaning.

    Typical usage 0.5kg – 1kg per piglet.

    Elite pellets

    A performance pre-starter for all weaned piglets from 3kg liveweight.

    For use in the farrowing pen from 10 days of age.

    Super Start (MT) 1 Meal

    A very palatable feed for the farrowing house, specifically for feeding through the QE Mini Transition feeder to establish early intake from 5 days of age.

    Feed up to 18-20 days of age before changing to Super Start (MT) 2 Meal up to weaning.

    Super Start (MT) 2 Meal

    A very palatable feed for the farrowing house, specifically for feeding through the QE Mini Transition feeder.

    Feed as a follow-on feed to Super Start (MT) 1 Meal from 18-20 days of age up to weaning.
