Trial Snapshot: Transforming post-weaning piglet diets for improved well-being and performance

Supporting low-weight piglets post-weaning is essential for their long-term growth and performance. With the rise of hyperprolific sows, morepiglet feeding piglets are being weaned at lower weights, creating a need for effective solutions to support their transition. It is therefore vital that small piglets start eating solid feed as soon as possible after weaning so that they have the energy and nutrients available to ensure intestinal development is achieved. This is where AdiCare Piglet Force comes in. AdiCare Piglet Force is a highly palatable nutritional supplement designed to encourage early feed intake, support gut development, and improve overall well-being in underweight piglets.

A recent trial at our Centre of Excellence, assessed the impact of AdiCare Piglet Force on piglet growth and feed intake in the first five days post-weaning. Results showed clear benefits in feed consumption and weight gain, helping piglets get off to a stronger start.
